The big trip

On my return from Australia to Tokyo last month, I bought a book from Lonely Planet. The book is called The Big Trip (The Great Journey) and even though I've finished reading it I found very interesting.

The book mainly because I buy it have much time to kill on the plane and because when I travel more I come more desire to travel, so I bought this book for one day to make this trip of at least a couple of months.
This book is a guide of any country as a guide to Tokyo or London, what this book teaches you how to make the trip a great many cities in the most inexpensive, helping you find the best airline tickets with multiple destinations, teaching in that country need vaccines and the dangers of some of them, how to save money by doing some volunteer work or part-time while traveling etc.
Many people believe that traveling is expensive, but a lot of people who say this are people who do not travel a lot or who want to travel with many luxuries. The more you travel, more people know, and the more people know you have more friends around the world, which then will help you when making travel to countries where you have friends.

There are sites like Couchsurfing (which is also spoken of in the book) which allows you to communicate with people around the world and to stay at home for free, so looking at it this way, if you already have a place to stay home and have a place to sleep and even a place to cook in case you want to make food for yourself. So what's the difference between being cost at home or be traveling? Well, almost none, the only difference being transportation and sightseeing to do and this also depends on the way it mounts.
For example, when I was in Australia went to Morton Island, the price of a tourist trip from Brisbane to Morton Island for two days was AU $ 290. We took our backpacks, tents, food, diving goggles, surfboard etc and went to the island on our own, we did the same activities that were in the tourism plan for two days and we went for AU $ 95, AU $ 80 which is the ship that you must take to reach the island.

What do you think? ¿Preferiis comfort and fetch you prefer to pay more or things for yourself and visit more countries for the same price? ¿Sacrificariais part of your savings to see world prefer to have money saved for the future?

Japanese cooking ingredients

Many of the Japanese cookbooks are too complicated. "Cooking Japanese ingredients" is quite simple and easy to follow. Written by Clea, a girl passionate about cooking that he lived two years in Japan where he learned these recipes.

All recipes are based on organic ingredients and partly on ingredients used in the system of Okinawa. Fruits, and grains make up 70% of this regime.

Although the recipes are simple, which can be more difficult to find some of the ingredients. If you have an Asian food store nearby, there is no problem. If you can not try your luck at health food stores or organic stores and organic products. The Gourmet Corner of El Corte Ingles also have a section of Japanese products, but prices are a bit expensive.

Another option is to buy via Internet, sometimes, even with shipping costs are cheaper than in conventional stores. For example, the author of buying many products in Satoriz La Boutique .

The book can be bought at Fnac for 9.90 euros (best price I found so far). But you can see several recipes for Japanese dishes and desserts on your blog Clea Cuisine . (In French)
