Standards 50cc motorcycles

The truth is that although I have the Japanese driving license for over 4 years, only once was conducted in Japan and was less than 10 minutes.

Now that I have bike, because I've been hearing about some things I did not know before about the 50cc scooters such as:

1 - 50cc bikes can only be one person, not allowed to bring a companion.
2 - 50cc scooters must move all the way to one meter from the road on the left side (in Japan drive on the left) and not allowed to go in the right lane.
3 - 50cc motorcycle must wear a top speed of 30km / h.
4 - When you buy a bike, you are forced to make an insurance that costs about 5000 yen and only covers other pesonas. This means that in case of accident does not cover yourself or another vehicle, only to other people.

From this I learned just the day before buying the bike , but I did not know was that you could not go more than 30km / h, so the other day I went to the beach with the bike is going great in 20 minutes and each time he passed 40km / h will light a red light that makes SPEED!. When people ask my company told me it was because of the speed limit to 30km / h.

As I read the police turn a blind eye to quite a few 50km / h which I is more than enough to drive around town and go to work which is what I wanted the bike and now thanks to the bike I get to work in 10 minutes and fill the tank lasts me over a week I only costs 400 yen.

Elfoid, mobile phone humanoid

A few months ago JaponPop.com I had to Telenoid R1 , a robot developed by Osaka University.

Is described as a minimalist robot and its function is as little bit strange because according to its creators used to add an element of realism to the long distance calls.

Well now they have launched with NTT DoCoMo's "mobile" version of this robot, the "Elfoid P1".

Like its predecessor the movements and actions of the robot are similar to those of the user as each facial gesture will be monitored and followed by an integrated software in the computer itself. The user can also transmit your voice through speakers that have this model.
His humanoid form is specially designed to be completely androgynous appearance and does not interfere with the user, so it adapts to any type of person making the call, men, women, children or the elderly.

The current prototype measures are 20 cm and is covered with a material that mimics human skin urethane. The control buttons are integrated into the chest, which is illuminated with a green light when Elfoid is running.

Cord Charger for Iphone

Today I bring one of the strangest frikadas I've seen so far. It is a magazine-like umbilical cord to the Iphone. This is a new creation of the artist Mio I-zawa dedicated to create electronic devices with biological appearance.

Among his works we find organs and viscera with functions as diverse as plug adapters, chargers, memory disk, etc..

I leave you with a video demo of such invention;
