Since I had once said that last September when I first came to Tokyo I brought the material needed to make a good paella . Well today, as many of Valencia in Spain, I've made a paella here in Tokyo.
On the outside of the house, we have a small plot of land surrounding the house, because in this area have planted a table, chairs, a bottle of butane and paella and made paella. The paella turned out very good, and loved them all, the only detail is that the rice here is different from Spain, and with fifteen minutes boiling is not enough because it is hard, so here needs rice about forty minutes for this good, luckily my grandparents taught me to save a little market before throwing rice for paella if the water ran out before it was ready, and that's what saved me.
