Yesterday I tried at home a typical Japanese meal in days of cold, this dish is called "Nabe", so called because it takes place in an earthenware bowl called "Donabe".

This dish is very easy, and usually cooked in the middle of the dining room table with all the guests present. To cook this just have to take a clay bowl and put some water, and within this bowl of water put cod, carrots, three different types of mushrooms, Chinese cabbage and potato powder. After entering all this boil. When boiling takes a few minutes and put a few shrimp and chicken balls. When the balls of chicken is just done and everything is ready to eat.

Also typical, having finished all the container boil rice with the same broth that has been in the mud cuendo and eat it too in the same meal.

In the video I recorded you can see once again as do the meal deal . My bowl is a large bowl, long without the other is a small round bowl.

Video of inequitable distribution.
