Natto
I have told several times that I like almost all Japanese food, but today, to make a different post I am going to put a meal I hate Japan.
The " Natto "is a typical Japanese meal usually like almost all Japanese. To develop "Natto" is needed to stop fermenting soybeans with a bacteria specific for almost a day and then allowed to cool in the fridge and forms a very sticky dough.
As you can imagine this food is particularly awful smell and taste in my opinion too.
On how difficult it can be fermented soybeans and that this is edible, the "Natto" is often bought ready-made, and can simply move to dispose.
