Japanese Tea
In Japan, tea drinking A LOT, so much so it is normal to find a lot of drink vending machines down the street with bottles of flavored tea at home or people to drink some tea as thirsty.
As in this blog there are several fans to " Japanese green tea "I leave you with a website called Ocha (tea) that sells Japanese tea of many species worldwide.
Most Japanese tea produced in Shizuoka , Perfecture located an hour from Tokyo.
I do not understand tea because I do not like and never drink, but thanks to this shop Ocha (tea), I have learned that there are a variety of tea, such as the Kagoshima , Matcha , Matcha Uji etc. and I've also seen several videos of how to do the tea here.
As I have understood, Matcha is the tea used for tea ceremony. This ceremony is usually done when you have a special guest, and often have strict rules when made, such as the Jester, the kimono and the way we drink tea among other standards. In the tea ceremony, puts Matcha powder in a bowl, hot water is added and stirred with a bamboo barillas. The bowl has some letters drawn in, so you have to drink tea making passes over these curettes before drinking it. When a person has drunk a cup of tea, it passes the bowl to the person next door, so they all drink the same bowl.
The tea has many health benefits, so maybe I should start drinking more tea from time to time.
