Kakigori
Now that's hot, start to look Kakigori everywhere. The ground Kakigori I compare with the typical iced coffee, lemon etc sold in Spain in summer. The Kakigori is crushed ice flavored with syrup on top. The most popular flavors are strawberry, lemon and melon, but many more are sold especially in the Matsuri.
To make the Kakigori using a machine called Kaorikaki, a machine that grinds the ice. At home we have one, and we put cubits and grind by moving a lever.
