A few days ago announced in . com.es a contest on position a word that would be released today and is compuntoes. Initially wanted to compete, but today perusing the contest I would have to clarify something before the competition.
In the contest rules reads:

"You can compete with top-level domains that have only the word to compete in the URL. Thus, for example, be admitted to the contestants palabraconcurso.blogspot.com directions, the-palabraconcurso.net or elpalabraconcurso.com "

A domain. com is a second level domain and a domain. com.es is a third level domain , so as bases can compete a puntocomes.com since this is a second level domain.

Clearly there is a contradiction in these rules. Maybe some people think that a. Com.es is second level and so have registered domains similar to these:
Busy compuntoes.com.es
Busy compuntoes.nom.es
Busy compuntoes.org.es

Well, if finally domains like. Com.es accepted in the competition also should be accepted. Com as neither are TLDs.
