Eating Live Squid
As explained in the post JaponPop.com , Yobuko is a fishing village of 5000 inhabitants located in the prefecture of Sagaken and very famous throughout Japan for the quality of their ika squid. The Japanese travel to Yobuko purpose to enjoy the fresh or dried squid.
Fresh sashimi-style eats, but when the squid is still alive. This ensures its freshness. The truth is strange to get into the mouth something that is still moving ... But it should not be because we usually eat Western oysters.
