Como ya he leido mas arriba lo que pasa en España es que muchas empresas no aprecian en absoluto las horas extras que se hacen, es mas, en muchas ocasiones toman por “normal” el que las metas y te sientes presionado a hacerlo, siendo estas horas extras ni pagadas, ni disfrutadas ni agradecidas. Con todo esto lo que ocurre es que a mucha gente se la suda lo de quedarse mas tiempo del estipulado.

Esta es una idea que me parece super interesante: Trabajar algunas horas extras de vez en cuando para terminar tu trabajo y no dejar cosas para despues.. ¿Y porque no adelantar otro proyecto que tenias por delante? Quizas no te lo remuneren en el momento, pero acciones como estan quedan grabadas para un futuro (ya que ven que entregas tus cosas incluso antes de que las pidan)

Claro, es solo de vez en cuando: No hay que llegar al limite en donde apenas vez a tu familia y eso… solamente haces dichs horas extras cuando mejro te convenga

Es preferible mil veces esto a la gente que esta la ultima media hora del dia mirando el reloj para poder irse.

Bueno lo de tener o no suerte con los jefes…pues será eso.

Yo he estado 30 años en una empresa muchos mas que los que tu tienes, son muchos años eso lo primero, me han pagado siempre puntualmente y siempre adecuándose a la nomina legal. Ni un incentivo, ahora yo si he cumplido como empleado, he tenido que entrar antes y salir después de mi horario, no recibiendo compensaciones de ningún tipo. He realizado tareas superiores a las que según convenio legislativo español acuerda y remuneraciones inferiores.

He hecho tareas de encargado, de supervisor, hasta un día “la jefa” me presento como el director de la empresa (para llorar). Pero la capacitación que tenía era siempre la misma, en treinta años ya pesar de hacer cursos, de estar al cargo de la empresa a mí no me subieron de categoría para nada.

Tiempos pretéritos, aunque sean aun cercanos. Hoy día me veo que con dos semanas en el trabajo se me estima más. Se me promueve y ya me han dado fecha para realizar dos cursos de ascenso, ahora falta dar la talla (y en ello estoy). La nueva empresa confía en mí y me apoya, ¿dinero?. No sé, espero para poder mantener a mi familia…aún no he cobrado.

Hay un buen trato y el trabajo es llevadero, falta habituarse y como mínimo disfrutar algo de lo que se hace pues si no es más que un trabajo, una carga. Por ello si lo que haces te gusta es mucho más llevadero.

Aquí no hay horas extras, son horas sumadas que no se ven en ningún lado. Una diaria y los sábados gratis…como ves alegrías y gozos los justos.

La verdad es que en España, hay poca gente que haga una hora mas por que si. Yo empece con un trabajo de verano de 6 meses, y segun el horario terminaba a las 16horas todos los dias, pero como habia mucho trabajo me quedaba para teminarlo.
A dia de hoy me han nombrado encargada de baleares, no es que cobre excesivamente mas, pero a mi me gusta mi trabajo.

Bajo mi punto de vista en España la Mayoria, no todo el mundo porque no son todos, pero el 95por ciento de las personas no regalan ni un minuto de su tiempo a las empresas, y creo que asi poca gente tendra un trabajo para siempre. Tendriais que ver los curriculums, cambian mas de trabah¡jo que de camisa.

A mi parecer trabajar demasiado no tiene ningun fin , nos hemos de dejar de trabajar tanto y disfrutar del tiempo libre. A mi me gusta la regla Australiana , de 9 a 17 y luego a casa. Si los empresarios se acostunbran a que los currantes hagan horas por la cara luego ya no hay vuelta atras. Vivir para trabajar o trabajar para vivir ?? Yo lo tengo muy claro , no quiero trabajar mas de 8 horas al dia , por que en el fururo te llegas a quemar muchisimo y acabas odiandodolo aunque fuese lo que mas te gusta.

El viernes por la tarde hay que ir al PUB y dejarse de trabajo.

En donde trabajo hay 2 turnos, se dividen la carga que a cada quien le “corresponde”, pero esto de una manera arbitraria y nada equitativa, al final termino haciendo 3 veces el trabajo de cualquier otro del siguiente turno. Hay compañeros que llevan 20 años en este lugar y el trabajo sigue llegando, nunca va a terminar, asi que querer desvivirse por sacar todo el trabajo es imposible, mañana habra mas, nunca puedes quedar con deficit de trabajo por mas que hagas….prefiero llegar a mi casa a trabajar en mi jardin o mis jutsus… jajaja

Por supuesto que si uno acaba de empezar en un trabajo y por aprendizaje necesita quedarse o si uno está en un proyecto y por plazo de entrega no te queda otra… qué remedio! De todos modos, lo que no hay que hacer es quedarse por quedarse, como pasa en el 80% de empresas de España y la mayoria de las veces tan sólo para aparentar con los jefes. Esto nos perjudica a todos. Por otro lado, pensad siempre en lo que cobráis por hora. SI HACÉIS HORAS EXTRA Y NO OS LAS PAGAN, CALCULAD LO QUE OS SALE VUESTRO SUELDO POR HORA. A más horas sin remunerar que hagáis, menos cobraréis.

me encontre con el post relacionado con tu empresa y deja decirte que esa es la diferencia de japon con otros paises aca donde estoy la gente no le impporta si hace bien su trabajo y normalmente la institucion no paga las horas extras mucho menos las acumula para tus vacaciones, por eso pienso que nuestro pais no avanza desgraciadamente cabe mencionar que no toda la gente piensa de esa manera.

Hello! yo creo que lo que comentais sólo depende de si te gusta o no a lo que te dedicas, más allá de si quieres gustar a tus jefes o no. Porque no hay nada peor que tener un puesto de trabajo poco gratificante o insulso. Saludos a todo el mundo. i love nippon!!.

Por mi experiencia personal, y todos los años que llevo trabajando (más de 10), puedo decirte que en España, si no has firmado que te paguen las horas extras, es mejor no echar ni un minuto de más. Si después lo reclamas, puedes escuchar: 'Si estás más tiempo es porque quieres, nadie te lo ha pedido', o peor aún, 'Tal vez seas demasiado torpe y necesitas más tiempo para realizar tu tarea'. Y he sufrido despidos por termino de trabajo y ni un duro de más de lo que marca la ley.
Así que yo cuando se acaba mi jornada laboral me piro y no me preocupo de mi trabajo hasta el día siguiente.
Me supongo que cuando eres joven y tienes muchas ganas de aprender, no te importa trabajar más, pero con el paso del tiempo te darás cuenta que no merece la pena dejar de vivir tu vida por trabajar. Se trabaja para vivir y no se vive para trabajar, aunque nos hayan comido la cabeza con lo de realizarse en el trabajo. Yo me realizo disfrutando de mi familia y amigos.

No creo que en este punto influya el país. Cada empresa es un mundo, y cada jefe un continente.

Yo trabajo lo mejor que puedo para siempre estar motivado y no amodorrarme llegando a pensar solamente en salir.

Lo que no se puede esperar es que el jefe te dé palmaditas en la espalda, pero por supuesto que te tendrá en la cabeza como un trabajador eficiente, y de cara a otras empresas, les dará buenas referencias.

Hay que pelear siempre lo suficiente como para que la empresa dependa de nosotros, que sienta que si te pierde también perderá productividad.

Cristina, gente tan miserable y esquirol como tu hace que los que tenemos una vida fuera del trabajo nos veamos perjudicados y los jefes nos digan: fulanita se queda a trabajar, tu deberias seguir su ejemplo e implicarte mas.

Se ve que debes tener una vida social lamentable y ser una amargada de la vida.

Tu sigue en tu trabajo regalando horas a tus jefes, que ya te lo agradeceran…con mas trabajo y responsabilidad.

en mi caso cuando estaba en una empresa de instalaciones varias era de esos alan, llegue a tener que irme en autobus por que yo habia echado horas y el oficial montador no y claro se iva con la furgoneta de la empresa ya los demas que nos den dos duros.

¿para que? para que me piratearan de la mayor forma nunca vista y cuando me negue a echar mas horas sin remunerar me tuve que enfrentar a un despido improcedente pero gracia a que tengo buenos amigos le meti entre pecho y espalda al aboga laboral mas perro que hay ( me atreveria a decir en españa pero no los conozco a los demas ). por que encima despues de un año y medio me querian dar dos duros de finiquito ya poder ser 1.

En alemania tienen la jornada intensiva todo el año 7 mañana a 3 de la tarde y pillan 1.800 euros limpios el que menos y toda la tarde libre para ellos ( eso si cuando entran a currar entran a currar que tuve un oficial aleman encima mia y era la caña, 3 horas a saco, 45 minutos de desayuno 4 horas a saco media hora para una tapa ya la furgo que hay que irse y en ese plan sacabamos mas faena que los demas grupos asi que de europa me atreveria a decir que es el mas eficiente.

Asi que tiene que estar muy justificado las horas extras para que lo quisiera hacer pero en tu caso y hay en japon y como lo recompensa haria lo mismo que tu.

me encanta leer lo bien que te va y lo que estas aprendiendo por que es como los americanos que no paran de mirar una foto de hawaii tu blog y lo has echo tan personal que es imposible no pillarte simpatia.

Pues yo, era como tu Alain al principio, llevo trabajando 6 años en T-Systems como ingeniro Nortel.
Al principio hacía horas para dejar los proyectos acabados, pero ahora que la empresa se ha vuelto mas racana, no ayuda a conciliar a vida familiar, quitan horas de asuntos própios, quieren bajarnos los sueldos para no tener perdias con culpa de fuga de clientes y un ERE así porque sí, pues chico, yo ahora cumplo mi horario y ya está. Y mira que disfruto como un enano en la oficina.
Mi pareja me explicó, que te pagan en trasporte público y mas cosas, eso para mi es una ayuda considerable, si estuviera en Japon pues haría lo mismo que mis compañeros japoneses.

Pues a mi tb me gusta terminar todo lo k tengo planeado y dejar las cosas funcionando. En el pasado he hecho muchas horas extra (sin cobrar) solo por el mero hecho de aprender y ayudar a empresas, pero tras 10 años de experiencia ya he visto k la gran mayoria de las empresas (y muchos de sus managers) no se interesan nada por ti y tu vida personal, ed, a ellos solo les interesa k trabajes cuanto mas mejor y si tienes k sacrificar tus hobbies, familia y amigos; pues ellos tan contentos.

Ahora suelo cumplir mucho con mi horario ya veces aunque sea critico para un proyecto, yo les explico que tengo cualkier otra cosa k hacer y me largo. Si no, k lo hubieran planeado mejor k para eso son los managers!!

Aun asi, los jefes (como tu dices) siempre vienen a pedir ayuda y soluciones rapidas cuando tienen problemas, pero ahora han aprendido k lo tienen k hacer durante horas de trabajo. Si llaman a cualkier otra hora, simplemente paso de cogerlo
