We bought a flat!
The apartment is in Saitama, two stations in Tokyo, making it one of the sites that I said before , that is just glued to Tokyo, but not to be called Tokyo, Saitama if the price drops thoughtfully.
The nearest station to the ground is called Matsubaradanchi, a station with many shops, restaurants, Pachinkos, gym, etc. onsen, which is a 15 minute walk from the floor. Despite being in Saitama, of this station to my work next to Roppongi, it costs me less in 20 minutes train from where we live now, even though we now live in Tokyo, but on the opposite side to the enterprise zone . For Matsubaradanchi Station Hibiya line passes, Hanzomon and Chioda, so you can go to many important stations without line changes constantly.

The floor in question is 70 square meters plus balcony and has 18 years, although all renovated. Here when a floor is said to be refurbished does not mean that they have painted a bit, if you have changed the whole floor, second floor parquet, have changed all the wallpaper, I have changed all bathroom etc., so that the inside looks like a completely new story, because in fact they have changed everything.
