Since January this year, Ayumi and I are writing every day in a diary what we spend, to control a little money we spent. Surely a lot of this post will be serving many to get an idea of ​​what it costs to live in Japan, although each is different and there are people who spend money on other things.
Basically, from January to June, leaving us half between the two of 270,000 yen per month cost more loans of flat and light, water and gas.

As you all know, in Tokyo that going to work and go to lunch at home almost nonexistent, so you always have to eat out at lunchtime. There are people who take food from home, other people who buy something cheapie in conbini and others going to restaurants every day. I usually go to a restaurant every day, so I spend about 20,000 yen and 8000 yen one Ayumi because inside the building where you work is special restaurants for workers who come very cheap.

At dinners and lunches on weekends which is when Ayumi and I are at home we spend about 20,000 yen in buying the super.

Often on weekends or some weekday's for dinner with friends and here we spend about 30,000 yen.

In clothing, accessories etc whims, Ayumi spent about 70,000 yen a month, where I spend about 30,000 yen.
Where I'm spending more money is going to drink with my friends, where I can spend about 40000 yen, which Ayumi only spends about 10000.

In mobile phone luckily since we only had to pay about 16000 Softbank yen per month between the internet and finally another 6000 yen.
