As you all know, last summer I married Ayumi , but back then did not do any wedding party (kekonshiki), so now we have begun to search for sites for the wedding party and invite all the relatives and friends.

The theme of the wedding in Japan is quite different from Spain that I have seen, possibly more like the U.S. system. The wedding parties are often organized usually in restaurants, hotels or guest house agency. In this post I was speaking specifically of the guest house is the first we've gone. Ire and then talking about the other systems as you visit sites.

Specifically, last week we went to Shoto Gallery , a guest house agency TGN . What they do is organize the guest house all the wedding details to your lag putting a coordinated handles all the details in premises that they are ready. When renting a place with a guest house for a wedding, which is rented an entire building is really prepared for the occasion.
The guest house we were in Shibuya last week, was a five-storey building, where the first floor was a room with walls that could move into a sort of mini gallery of photos to show the moments of the couple with photos , for a snack before her wedding begins, or to show videos on the big screen was in the middle of the room. As the walls can be put to the taste of one, was also a good place to perform various acts.

On the second floor was the hall for the banquet table where the couple was to the side and the other three sides were three giant screens are focusing at all times to the table of the couple, so that no guest is lost any detail.

On the third floor was a sort of bar where is the place for the party after dinner, drinking and dancing.

On the fourth floor had a large room that looked like a deluxe hotel designed to be a private room for the bride and groom to change clothes, spend some time off while preparations etc, plus there were other 3 bedrooms they were waiting rooms for all guests and some testers for the guests.

Finally, on the fifth floor was the chapel, where banks were quilted leather and a lots of glass decorated, besides having two large screens also to the sides.

All that I told, you have to imagine a place of complete luxury, with plenty of scenery type diamonds, and lots of flowers everywhere.

The service offered by these companies is amazing, and you really assign a coordinator / that does it all and not a typical site that tell you a choice between options. The coordinator antendió us gave us a thousand tips and wedding possibilities and can order almost anything you want to do at the wedding.
The banquet menus for example you can leave you their advice but mostly you can tell them what your favorite dishes and tell him what you want to prepare and how to serve. I told her that joke before everyone wanted to cut a ham and I said no problem they would take care to look exactly the ham I wanted.
When I ask about my interests in Spain, said that horseback riding, to which I immediately said we could get horses to reach the building and such.
Another curious detail is such that as the wedding kimono is done with so that if the Spanish who came to the wedding forward to them, could put the waitresses in kimono serving a few dishes and then changed again so many times as we wanted.

When you choose to agree with one of the agency assigned a coordinator who can call every day or go and see the agency to explain all the ideas you've had or that you explain to the smallest detail of what is could do to make it a celebration of the most fun until the day of the wedding, this all day with the couple to remind all that is expected to do.

Noting that for the wedding in one of these sites, you have to pay a coordinator, renting the entire building for a day, food, thousands of flowers that are used in the wedding (if you want to clear), the suit normally rented wedding, the service we offer to send wedding invitations, photographer etc, the budget did to us for 60 people was about 3.5 million yen.
