Lately I spend all my time with people from the company, it seems as if my coworkers have become my family here in Japan. I'm not the first thing that happened in Japan, more than a few Spanish had already said before, but not if it will be Japan, co-workers or by working in a consultancy.
Usually the consultants have a reputation for trying to spoil (bribe) to its workers, and that is what a consultant is to send their workers to other companies to work, so there are often people who are totally disconnected from his own company it is working on another. Obviously, if the company has contracted with the consultant, usually because it has more money than his own consulting firm, and in the case of the company that I work for example it is, because we only work with banks and financial companies. What I going with this? Well, try to make the financial dinners, parties, events and other workers to have contact with people in their own businesses and become aware of how the company will, and thus step by inviting them to gain their friendship party and thereby avoiding go to another larger company thanks to the contacts that a consultant can do work for other companies.

Besides all this, which encourages these parties organized by the company is even more then go party with your own business, and there is when you actually do more friends and organize other parties outside the company but with people of the company,

Tokyo is also a suitable site for this, as there are restaurants, shops, clubs and events everywhere and at all hours, so the day you want to do something can be because there is always something to do.

Counting everything above has led me to that in a few months we have had in the company: a couple of pizza party, a hanami , a barbecue and a meal next month aboard a ship. All this has meant that the days just late from work we go together to dine and drink or do parties at our homes inviting other employees of the company.

What is the relationship you have with you people your business?
