After the post the other day about the fashion in Japan , today I will try to introduce you a bit in a few urban classes that exist in Japan. The issue is not easy to explain, since there are very many types of urban tribes, each tribe and urban dento many categories, so I'll try to summarize a bit the subject.

"Gal" comes from the word "girl", which is used to refer to young girls. The Japanese pronounce this word as "gyaru", so it's very common to see this term written as gyaru or gal. Within the "Gyaru" there are many types of urban tribes, each with its fashion and custom. Here I put some examples.

Gyaru: Are the Japanese super fashion that carry all brand clothing and accessories, hair colored blond or brown as clearly, false nails with colorful, tight clothing, often with mini skirt and platform shoes or heels high. Semaquillarse very much and often marked the outline of the black-colored eyes.
A great example of this kind of girl you can see it if you pass by the store 109 of Shibuya.

Ko-Gyaru: Are Gyaru more girls who do not reach age 19, those not old enough to join in college yet.

Ganguro: Literally means "black faces". These are very dark, either by taking a lot of sun (rare), to go much tanning sessions or because they use sprays to get dark that last a month. These girls also tend to make up a lot and wear their hair colored to contrast with the brown skin.
These girls are characterized simply by being very brown, so not to be confused with or Yamamba Gyaru because the girls who like hip-hop too often wear dark face, so are Ganguro but do not go with the latest fashion clothes and makeup super.

Manba / Yamanba: This group is the most extreme Gyaru, brunettes tend to be more even than the Ganguro, but what is often characterized this group is because the eyes are painted with large circles of white or clear Russian, mimicking the eyes of panda. This group also often carry sule bright colors of clothing or even hair dyed different colors.

Within these four groups are even more kinds of fashions such as clothes that go with sports (Sport gyaru), which are in fancy clothes and serious (One Gyaru), which go with bright colors (loko gyaru), the clothes that are more urban (Suto gyaru) etc.

After all this, do not think that kids are being fought because there are also children within these urban classes such as the Gyaruo (boys and Gyaru).

- I really love Gyaru and Ganguro makeup if not rare. What do you prefer? -
