The past weekend I was at the Tama Zoo ( Tama Doubutsu Kouen ) and has undoubtedly been the zoo that I liked most of what I have seen here on the outskirts of Tokyo.

Previously I told you that the zoo Toubu I liked more than the Ueno Zoo but now I have to say that the Tama Zoo I like more than these two.

Without doubt the main reason why I like this zoo is so because animals are happy and not as in many other zoos where animals are always standing or sleeping while the Tama Zoo animals are seen running, eating and playing. I even saw Koalas moving while eating and firefox running!.

The zoo is divided into four zones, the zone of Africa, Australia, insectorium and the Asian region which is the largest of all.

Tama Zoo has some areas such as that of the lions that are in a very large area where lions can be seen from above or you can even enter the campus by bus lions and watch them very closely.
While you are looking at the lions were a few who began to roar and the truth is that quite impressed me, because at first I thought it came from some how loud speaker we heard the roar.

Part of orangutans is also very large and have a few posts with wire like the wires of the light that travels a good bit of zoo, where you can see the monkeys at high altitude.

They also have many young animals, so I could see such young leopard.

The only trouble that day so splendid that he is that at 40 minutes of taking pictures I run out of battery in the camera, so you only get to take pictures of the area of ​​Africa. I will definitely go back just to take pictures, because you can take great pictures of animals playing.

The last weekend we went to a zoo in here in Saitama not far from where I live. The zoo is called Doubutsu Toubu Kouen , located on the line Isesake stop running with the same name as the zoo as the closest to it.

In the zoo you can see hippos, rhinos, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, red pandas etc, but what else can see is a variety of monkeys lots of species, lions, tigers and leopards, among them is a white tiger.

What I found most curious zoo is a zoo appears to be designed much more for family and children, having a few shows and many areas in which you could play with the animals. They had a sort of park in which rabbits were loose and entertained the children by taking them and touching them, they had others that had chicks, others in which he could feed the goats and others where you could play with the ducks .

The enclosure of the zoo, in addition to the zoo, there is a park atranciones which can raise a few roller coasters etc.
A Ayumi and I would only cost 5 hours to see the park.

Doubutsu Toubu Kouen is quite larger than the famous Ueno Zoo and I personally like much more than that of Ueno, since it is rather larger and with more variety of animals. In my opinion the only good thing I had Ueno Zoo was the panda who died a few weeks ago.
