National Museum of Natural Sciences

Yesterday I visited the National Museum of Natural Sciences , located in Ueno Park (Tokyo) just 5 minutes from Ueno Station.
The National Museum of Natural Sciences (国立科学博物馆, Kokuritsu Hakubutsukan Kagaku) was opened in 1871 and basically consists of two large buildings, distinguished by two major issues.
The topics can be found in each building are:
Global Gallery, The history of life and earth:
- Floor B3. The natural world
Floor B2: Evolution of Life - From the origin of the earth to man's existence.
Floor B1: Evolution of Life - Solving the mystery of dinosaurs.
Floor 1: Biodiversity - We are all parts of the ecosystem.
Plant 2: The progress of science and technology.
Floor 3: Animals of the earth.
Gallery Japan; The environment in the Japanese islands:
- Plant 1 (north): Techniques for observing nature.
Plant 2 (north): The Japanese and nature.
Plant 2 (South): Agency of the Japanese islands.
Plant 3 (north): History of the Japanese islands.
Plant 3 (South): Nature of the Japanese islands.
On the ground 1 South of the "Gallery of Japan" is a small gallery space where they change from time to time. The gallery was there yesterday and runs through next month on pandas is a gallery, where others could see stuffed pandas panda LinLin the famous who died last summer at the Ueno Zoo .
Another curiosity is that inside the museum you can see the authentic stuffed Hachiko and I got the surprise that was something bigger than I imagined.
The museum is not dramatically large, but it is small, so if you think you have to see this museum to note that you will take a minimum of three hours to see the whole museum without pararos in many details.
The museum is open daily from 9.00 am to 17.00 except Monday it is closed Friday and open from 9.00 to 20.00.
The photos are from the official website of the museum except for the header photo is of Wikipedia .
