Tokyo Midtown
Today I went to visit the Tokyo Midtown located in Akasaka, a large skyscraper opened less than two months and serves as a center for offices, luxury residences and shopping center. Besides all this is inside the museum and on the outside Suntori a new green grass and trees far. With its 248 meters, Tokyo Midtown has become the tallest building in Tokyo, located less than a kilometer from Roppongi Hills which measures 238 meters.
For easy access to Tokyo Midtown has opened a new outlet on the Oedo subway line to Roppongi station that is inside the same building.
We have gone to the mall has to do something the Japanese call "window shopping", that is a window shopping but not buying anything, because if anything characterizes the commercial center of Tokyo Midtown is because it is full of big brand stores with prices amazing. For example, we entered a shop where 2 Noka chocolates worth more than 14000 yen (90 €) and were all the sweets in glass cases like museum pieces, a leather wallet worth nearly one million yen ( € 6450), a Harry Winston watch more than 4 billion yen (€ 25,800) or a limited edition Flash Drive 2GB for 100 000 Yen (645 €).
On the outside the building, where are situated the gardens, today we were lucky and we have seen an exhibition of the range cars Nissan Skyline , from the first Skyline to the most recent were all exposed in the gardens.
Here I put the complete gallery of photos I took today at the Tokyo Midtown, and here's the exact address if you want to visit the building.
